Building a daily wellness routine

After months of reading about holistic health, I finally built a daily routine that works for me. Sharing in case it inspires someone else:
Morning (30 min): 10 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of meditation (I use a guided app), and a warm glass of lemon water before breakfast.
Afternoon: A short walk outside, even just 15 minutes. Fresh air and daylight make a huge difference for my energy levels.
Evening (20 min): Journaling — just free-form writing about the day. Then a few drops of lavender oil on my pillow before sleep.
The trick was starting small. I tried to do everything at once before and burned out within a week. Now each habit feels natural. What does your daily wellness routine look like?
