Click the Sign In button in the top navigation and choose Register. Fill in your name, email, and password. You will receive a verification email — click the link to activate your account and access all features.

Visit an expert's profile and click the "Contact" button. You'll need to submit a contact request with your inquiry, and the expert will respond within their specified timeframe.

Holist is available in English, German, and Italian. You can switch languages at any time using the language selector in the top navigation bar. Expert profiles and forum content are available in all supported languages.

Yes, browsing expert profiles, reading reviews, and participating in the forum is completely free. Contacting experts through the platform is also free — any fees for services are arranged directly between you and the expert.

Our platform offers two search types: Full-text search for exact keyword matches, and Semantic search that understands the meaning and context of your query. You can filter results by specialization, location, and language.

Specialties are categories that describe an expert's areas of practice, such as yoga, nutrition, or meditation. You can filter experts by specialty to find practitioners who match your specific needs.

Experts can set their availability through a calendar and vacation mode. If an expert is on vacation, you will see a notice on their profile. Contact requests sent during vacation are automatically declined without penalty to the expert.

Verified experts have had their credentials and expertise validated by our team. The verification badge indicates that the expert has met our quality standards.

You can bookmark expert profiles to easily find them again later. Simply click the bookmark icon on any expert's profile or card. Access your saved experts from your activity page.

Click "Become an Expert" in the navigation menu and complete the application form. Our team will review your credentials and expertise, and you'll receive a response within a few business days.

After applying to become an expert, our admin team reviews your application. Verification is done via email-based confirmation. Once verified, your profile becomes visible in the expert directory with a verified badge.

Your expert profile is organized into tabs: Basic Information, Specialties, Media Gallery, and Availability. Edit any section and save your changes. Profile edits go through a moderation review before being published.

When someone contacts you, you receive a notification and the request appears on your dashboard. You have a set response time (SLA) to accept or decline. Failing to respond in time may result in a strike. Three active strikes can lead to temporary suspension.

You can enable vacation mode in your Availability settings by setting vacation dates. During this period, incoming contact requests are automatically declined without counting as a strike against you.

Go to Account Settings and find the Security section. Enter your current password and your new password, then click Update Password to save the change.

Yes! After having an interaction with an expert through our platform, you can leave a review on their profile. Reviews help other users make informed decisions.

In Account Settings under Security, click Enable Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the 6-digit confirmation code, and save your recovery codes in a safe place.

In Account Settings under Privacy, you can control whether your activity statistics are visible to others, and whether experts can contact you about reviews. These settings let you manage your visibility on the platform.

In Account Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section. Click Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps. Your account will be soft-deleted, preserving content integrity while removing your personal information.
