Gratitude practice changed my health

Six months ago, my holistic coach suggested I start a gratitude journal. I thought it sounded a bit cheesy, but I tried it anyway — writing down three things I'm grateful for every night before bed. The results surprised me. My sleep improved within the first two weeks. My general anxiety decreased. I stopped fixating on what was going wrong and started noticing what was going right. It's such a simple practice, but it genuinely shifted my perspective. I know there's research backing this too — something about rewiring the brain's negativity bias. Has anyone else noticed health benefits from gratitude or other mindset practices?
