Stress management with acupressure

You don't need to visit a TCM practitioner to benefit from acupressure. Here are three points you can stimulate yourself when stress hits:
LI4 (Hegu) — The fleshy area between thumb and index finger. Firm pressure for 30-60 seconds. Excellent for tension headaches and general stress. Note: avoid during pregnancy.
PC6 (Neiguan) — Three finger-widths below the wrist crease, between the two tendons. Helps with anxiety and nausea.
GV20 (Baihui) — Top of the head, where a line from the ears would meet. Gentle pressure for calming the mind.
Try these during your next stressful moment. Consistent practice yields better results than occasional use.
