What are the different levels of Reiki training?

Reiki training is typically divided into three levels. Level one focuses on self-healing and basic hand positions. Level two introduces distance healing and emotional healing symbols. What should I expect during my first Reiki session?

You will remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table. The practitioner will gently place their hands on or above your body in a series of positions. Most people feel deeply relaxed, and some experience warmth, tingling or emotional release. There is no manipulation or pressure involved.

Can Reiki be combined with other therapies?

How often should I receive Reiki?
