Reflexology for migraine relief

I've been dealing with chronic migraines for over five years. Medication helps in the moment, but I wanted something that could reduce the frequency rather than just treat the pain.
A colleague mentioned reflexology, and after some research I decided to try it. My reflexologist focused on specific pressure points on my feet — apparently connected to the head and sinuses.
After about six sessions, I noticed I was getting fewer migraines per month. From roughly four down to one or two. It's not a miracle cure, but combined with better sleep habits, it's made a real difference.
Has anyone else tried reflexology specifically for headaches or migraines? I'd love to compare experiences.
